Terms of Service
1. Scope
These terms apply to all catering, hospitality, staffing and event services provided by Catering Bees to clients.
2. Proposals and Booking
All prices are individually quoted ('price on request') and confirmed in a written proposal. A booking is confirmed on written acceptance of the proposal and any agreed deposit.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation terms depend on the event date and setup. They are stated on each proposal and become binding on booking confirmation.
4. Delivery, Setup, Service
Setup, service and cleanup are performed by our team and briefed staff. The client ensures access to the booth and any required utilities.
5. Liability
We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence is limited to typical, foreseeable damages, except for personal injury.
6. Governing Law & Venue
The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies. Place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permitted, is the registered office of the provider in Türkiye.
